*Free delivery applies to standard delivery of retail orders within Australia. We don't ship retail orders to NT and dry zones.
Fundraising orders
We partner directly with clubs, schools and community organisations, so delivery options depend on how your campaign has been set up.
Group Delivery to Organisation (most popular). All orders placed for a campaign are packed and delivered together to a single designated location, such as your local clubroom or school hall. Your campaign coordinator will tell you the pickup date, time and location.
Direct Home Delivery. If enabled for your campaign, orders are dispatched directly to your nominated delivery address via our trusted courier partners.
Processing and delivery times. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, unless they include backordered items (see below). Once lodged with Australia Post, delivery usually takes 4–6 business days in metro areas and 4–10 in regional and remote areas. These are estimates and delays can happen during busy periods such as Christmas and severe weather.
Backorders. Backorders are available on selected items. Backordered items will be dispatched within 2–3 weeks and the delivery times above apply from the dispatch date. If your order includes both in-stock and backordered items, we will ship your in-stock items first.
Tracking. For direct home deliveries, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order leaves our warehouse.
Retail orders (online store)
Free delivery on orders $100+. Spend $100 or more and standard delivery is on us. Orders under $100 are charged a flat standard delivery rate of $11, shown at checkout.
Where we deliver. We deliver to street addresses across Australia. We do not ship retail orders to the Northern Territory (NT), PO Boxes or alcohol-restricted areas (see the alcohol rules below). We currently deliver within Australia only.

Tracking. You'll receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Alcohol delivery rules
- Age verification: Under Australian liquor laws, alcohol cannot be delivered to or accepted by anyone under 18. Courier drivers may ask for valid photo ID at handover.
- Signature on delivery: For home deliveries, someone aged 18 or over must be present to sign. We cannot leave alcohol unattended.
- Dry and restricted zones: We comply with state and national liquor regulations and do not deliver to alcohol-restricted areas or designated dry zones across Australia. Orders placed for restricted areas will be cancelled.
Address errors, damaged or missing orders
Please check your delivery address carefully. If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or hasn't arrived within 10 business days of shipping, contact us within 7 business days with your order number and photos of any damage. We'll arrange a replacement or refund. For group deliveries, let your campaign coordinator know as well. See our Refund policy.
