How long does a typical fundraising campaign run?

Most campaigns run for 4 weeks. This is the sweet spot to build momentum and create urgency without fatiguing your community. We work with you to set clear start and end dates.

When and how do we receive our fundraising proceeds?

Your fundraising proceeds are calculated and paid out directly to your organisation via electronic bank transfer within 14 business days after the campaign closes and orders are fulfilled.

Are there legal or licensing requirements we need to think about?

Not at all. As the licensed wine supplier, we handle all the legalities and liquor licensing compliance. Your organisation is simply promoting the drive, we take care of the rest behind the scenes.

How are the orders distributed to supporters?

To keep things simple and cost-effective, we coordinate a free pickup at a central location of your choice, where supporters can collect their wine.
For added convenience, home delivery is also available at an additional delivery fee.
